Singing

I've not seen this version, but i was wondering did Robert Englund do his own singing?
Ican't imagine him, but that might just be becuase it would be funny to see Freddy Kruger singing opera.

This version of "Phantom" is only as musical as its other film predecessors, meaning that the only singing is coming out of Christine, Carlotta, and/or the chorus. The Phantom never sings in the film, and I wouldn't imagine Robert Englund having a decent singing voice in the least. Frankly, I'd like to know if Jill Scholen (Christine) did her own singing. Her singing voice sounds kind of but not really like her speaking voice, but there isn't anyone cast as "Christine (singing)" in the film. Anyone have any insight on that?

According to the soundtracks page Nancy Fontana did the singing for Schloen.
