Violence. Brief nudity. SImple as that.

Tons of gore and a shot of a woman's breast. That's enough to drive the FCC wild.

is it a 15 or an 18 in england. i think it's an 18.

and, no offense to the americans, but they can get very over the top about gore and brief nudity.

It's an 18 in England...which is quite funny as it is a 13 in Argentina XD

The FCC does not rate movies. That's the MPAA's area.

It was rated in 1989. It may get a pass as a PG-13 if it were rated today.

Argentina rated 13!?!?!?!? It's more violence than to be 13! O_o
Anyway in some other countries, it may even not have been rated at all!! And even how much gore and violence it is, it still hasn't got any rating! O_o
