Has Anyone Seen Another Trailer for This Film?

Many years ago I was on Videodetective [if I recall correctly] and I saw an alternate trailer for this movie. It used the aria "Ebben? Ne andrò lontana" from La Wally and the only clips I remember for sure that they used were of Mephistopheles rising from the stage and the Phantom tossing Richard (who was on fire) from the ledge of his lair. I have never seen it since. Has anyone seen anything like this anywhere and/or have any leads to where one might see it?
