Soundtrack Question

Okay, this is driving me insane. There's, I guess, an official soundtrack to this film that has 13 tracks. But you can download an MP3 version of it on iTunes and on Amazon that has 20 tracks and that cover is very simple. It's a pink background with Phantom of the Opera text along with Misha Segal text. What I don't get is....is there a difference between these two soundtracks? Please help me out here!

I have the original Cd soundtrack which stands at 20 tracks, same as the amazon and itunes version.

The 13 track version you mention (perhaps an American market release) contains the same music but a number of the tracks from the 20 track version are combined into suites.
