Him and the two kiss-ass sidekicks were hilarious and saved this movie from Hulk's atrocious acting.

He was hilarious in every scene. Acting style was silly and hammy but well suited to this movie.

I just watched it last night. It's on Hulu and I wanted to watch something light and dumb. I was not disappointed. What a wonderfully awful movie. Fuller was fucking hilarious! Movies need good villains and boy is he good in this turd.
