yeah bought this the other day on a whim, and what a film! Had a great time watching it, but i couldn't help but wish that joe strummer had made more films. I love watching him on the screen.
shareI don't think tis film is weak at all. It's perfect. It's the small details and the goofy charachters that makes it so good. The charachters aregood, and they interact very well.
Details I like espessially is the way Jun (the Japanese boy) lights his cigarettes and how he throws the lighter back into his pocket while sitting in front of Graceland. All this with the perfect lack of fuzz about it. Then, at the third chapter, Joe Strummer/Johnny makes a big deal about lighting his cigarett with a similar lighter, but fails completly in being cool because he's too drunk.
