Fuses??

This is one of the most unrealistic movies I've seen in any genre and, as usual,
Stallone, like Steven Segal, is just so mock heroic, but pulling out the fuses on the electric chair? There are no fuses..are we supposed to be preventing a shock circuit or current overload?

Yes, fuses. Because you don't want that electric chair to draw too much current, otherwise someone could get killed. And it's nice to know that prison wardens have sole discretion in who can be executed.
