I didn't get that quote because it seemed like Maurice was implying that Brian could come down there anytime or that Maurice can visit him any time so why is everything so sad???

I did like the ending though, it was rather emotional.

Only people with money say that money doesn't matter.

Because they are pretty sure it's "goodbye". Plus Bryan knows that going back to the Underworld could actually be dangerous.
