Fun Movie
This movie was fun. Although I remember it was out about the same time as Abyss...but was more horrific than that. Kind of like "The Thing" but underwater.

Yeah i like the characters in the film, especially Six pack, Beck, the doc, and dejesus. The english bird is very fit too, gotto love her accent.
shareYeah, I really enjoyed the movie. It scared the hell out of me when i saw it when I was 11 year. It aint so scary now, but still creepy and atmospheric. And very entertaining.
shareI actually named my kitten Six Pack after the character....I so loved this movie. Six pack was uberhilarious.
You got me straight trippin, Boo.
This is one of many flicks i saw as a youngster. I've never seen the Abyss, but maybe I should give it a whirl. I love these kind of Jaws-type-creature-against-the-peeps flicks.

Please see The Abyss, rhinestone_sunglasses! It's a million times better than this! You will not be disappointed.
shareWell this sure was a long time ago. Did you ever watch The Abyss?
I saw Leviathan for the first time the other night. Fairly fun B-movie with a good cast and good character-interaction (better acting and character interaction than the recent Prometheus; which is sad, considering it is a fairly bad movie while Ridley Scott's latest Sci-Fi film was supposed to be great and turned out a mess instead).
I saw DeepStar Six for the first time last night, and it was about equally as bad as Leviathan, with less the quality of fun characterizations.
The Abyss has been my favorite film for years, and to this day remains one of the most enthralling things I've ever seen.
I have yet to see Lords of the Deep or The Rift or The Evil Below.
I'm not a control freak, I just like things my way
Daniel Stern shamelessly stares at a half-naked Lisa Eilbacher as she cleans pipes in Leviathan(1989). It's a futuristic version of The Immoral Mr. Tees(1959).
shareBeck cartoonishly punches Martin in Leviathan(1989). It sounds like fish being thrown at a wall! This film has a fair share of blood and guts.
