Chosing Vince?

Why did Faye betray Jack and chose Vince at the end? What I mean is she would have had more control over the money and/or a better chance of stealing it from Jack than she would have of tricking Vince a second time. Having slept with both men, maybe she liked Vince better? Maybe his bad boy persona turned her on more than Jack's boyish charms? Not to be to kinky here, but maybe she liked that Vince knew how to handle her while Jack was too much of a pushover Maybe she figured once Vince found them, the game was over? From her perspective, why Vince over Jack?

Men are from Mars, women are from deep outer space.

Fay was with Vince all along. It was just a game for her..and one very *beep* up relationship for the two of them.

Fay:"You Really Feel That Way About Me?"

Jack:"No.'Think You're A Greedy, Two- Faced Bitch."

the topic didn't need a spoiler alert. perhaps a spell checker, but not a spoiler alert.

and maybe you should stay away from the message boards until after you watch the movie (this isn't reviews, it's talk about the movie, hence everything here can be assumed to be a spoiler).

Because women are fickle.

And Fay just wasn't very smart to begin with. They just stole a million dollars from mafia who skimmed money from casinos. So, how does she want to spend that money? By going to a casino and flashing it around. That's kind of the fastest way to get caught.

So why are you thinking that she would make the smarter move and stay with Jack?

Well put. I sort of realized it without actually thinking about it. She had a self destructive bent that pushed her to Vince and he had the same thing that pushed him towards her.

Jack was wanted for murder at that point. No one was chasing Vince. Vince was a safer bet for escaping the state.
