No. Next season Daniel will be joining Silver in jail when its discovered that he burned down Barnes furniture store, trying to frame Silver. And Jessica will take over Silvers operations since its been proven already that she was always aligned with him

The writing is on the wall. Beating up an elderly man with terminal illness is low even for Daniel. Especially after three of his goons softened him up.

Terry Silver threatens Daniel in front of all those witnesses and throws the first punch. What part of that isn't self defence? He even picks up that ill gotten first place trophy and tries to assault Daniel with it. What part of that isn't self defence.

Daniel doesn't need a better lawyer he's got 20+ witnesses. Who has Silver got? Kim Dae Yung? You don't need to be a better lawyer to sell that one as self defence.

That is a major assumption. How do you know he wasn't going to be a gentleman and hand it to Daniel since he was finally able to get the better of him. Johnny did the same thing. Daniel, who does not forget or forgive, as foreshadowed earlier in the season absolutely would not listen if his adversaries decided to make peace with him.
