Crimes of Daniel Part 3 reviewed.

All right longer than part 2 but shorter than part 1

Let's see what I think here......

01) The movie's just started and he's already lying and insulting places - REFUTED. Plus I'm going to count this as two. He says that he ACCIDENTALLY got the international time line messed up. But Daniel says she loves surprises.

02) insults smog - REFUTED. he's complimenting it. HEAR THE HAPPINESS IN HIS VOICE. HE'S GLAD TO BE HOME.

Gee whiz, can I have the uploader's NZT pill?? (S)he doesn't even know to use it right.

03) mother wants him to start college and he does.... - he's a grown man he can do what he wants. TBDS since Miyagi wanted him to and he had promised to get a job on the way back but then he got money again so tree shop is new job. But Miyagi did say it's college tuition.

04) Forgery - Refuted. How is it forgery???

05) embezzlement of mother's money - Upheld but poorly written and since I haven't upheld anything yet. Not mother's money. Daniel won it fair and square.

06) Wasting Food - REFUTED HUGE TIME. Daniel said fish will be fine. They can eat it when they get back. Uploader........you ever hear of a microwave, toaster oven, or regular oven.........ever hear of REHEATING?????? But Daniel could have waited until after dinner. But still refuted.

07) Lying lying lying ...... - TBDS. I don't know what he's lying about. More proof please.

08) Lying you don't own rental property - TBDS!!. Miyagi does not own shop. However, things in shop could be previous tennant's. So since they didn't get it out it is now officially theirs. With what you're saying is that if they bring own bonsai in shop......does it mean they now rent bonsai???

09) ughn was Daniel on meth plus more lying lying lying - TBDS. Can uploader explain what (s)he's getting at????? All I know is Daniel has given Miyagi bonsai tree shop chance and uploader hates it.

10) Jaywalking - Sustained.

11) leaving fire unattended - Sustained. Even a small fire can spread. Plus they didn't see Silver there.

12) no sex is refreshing to Daniel - TBDS because I don't know what uploader is pointing out.

13) You know Daniel you can pay for meal too ..... - TBDS. I didn't know they were going out. I thought he was just showing her tree shop.

16) Gluttony - Refuted. It's a sin. Not a crime. Plus gluttony is like eating until the stomach skin swells. He only said he ate certain amount. By the ton but not in which time frame. It could be over every month.

this explains how Daniel gained 75 pounds since last movie - Makes sense but that's the actor.

17) inciting forgery - what???? Refuted. He's being smart and doesn't want to enter.

18) driving without headlights on - UPHELD.

19) Interferring with police - Refuted. That's what they're there for. For $hit like that.

20) felony theft - I'll uphold this one since Miyagi put in difficult place for reason. Upheld!

21) you put him up to this Daniel, why don't you sell you car selfish? - refuted. It's because the bad guys trashed the place despite Daniel trying to defend himself and SEE #23

22) Terroristic Threats - REFUTED. They're holding them hostage.

23) he's a grown man, he doesn't have to tell you what he does with his property - UPHELD, but this is why Daniel-San doesn't have to sell his car!!!!!

24) inciting murder - Refuted. Barnes has done illegal things (trashed tree shop, stole trees) and blackmailed Daniel. Also Daniel said he just hoped.

25) sit ups on bed - REFUTED. Wtf is wrong with that???????

26) lying about foot - upheld although Miyagi should be more helpful here at hearing daniel's whole entire dilemma.

27) lying about tomorrow - Refuted! He's busy in morning with Silver and plus just because we don't see old friend doesn't mean he didn't go.

28) stealing from friend - UPHELD! Without knowing proper mixture Daniel could mess the mixture up very badly.

29) elder abuse - THAT'S ELDER ABUSE?!?!!? Holy $hit I better watch my step. All he did was just complain to him. TBDS.

Daniel didn't nearly kill the tree. It slipped in salty water by accident and then Mike Barnes broke the trunk. You know heroes aren't invincible.

30) Public Disturbance - Refuted!!! No one's complaining!!!

31) Drink a horse? That's rapier Daniel wit - What???? Once again lost. TBDS

32) she's not with you remember - REFUTED. Yes she is, at least for the dance.

33) Assault - UPHELD. Man he plugged him good in the nose. Bye bye nose. I don't know how much Silver said he was going to pay him, but it's not enough to fit in wallet.

34) Tresspassing in private establishment - REFUTED. It's a public place. Silver said he could come in anytime.

35) turn lights on like you own the place Daniel - TBDS. Silver said he could come over but didn't say yay/no about light switch.

36) Public Urination - TBDS. Do we the viewer see the trail???? I don't recall, but I'll mark it as TBDS. Plus they made him do it.

37) Worst comeback line - TBDS. What the c-nt should he have said please? Well guess not much to do when you're getting roasted. Maybe uploader thinks he should have just stood there getting roasted.

38) Tresspassing in Enviro....... - Refuted. Plus Miyagi crime too.

You know you easily tell the lighting here is from stage lights.

39) Punches not being counted - dunno. Referee crime here.

40) kicks not being counted - dunno. Referee crime here.

But Terry silver said to keep it at 0-0 at all costs.

41) Kata is not allowed - TBDS. Show me proof. But this again is referee crime for not calling it.

I think Terry a Silver paid the ref off but ref made plead agreement. He said anything in main match goes, but once overtime comes.....it's the real deal. Damn Terry Silver should have just had mike won the match 3-0.

Plus how on Earth is it that Daniel is only having to fight FINAL MATCH. That's like giving the 1990 San Francisco 49ers a free slot to play in Super Bowl XXV, and saying You're fired to the NFC for the whole entire 1990 Regular Season except for 4 NFC vs AFC games although they mean nothing for NFC, just something for AFC teams.

Or is it that Mike Barnes is already champion, and this is just bonus grudge match......meaning like after Super Bowl XXV, the 1990 New York Giants will now play 1989 San Francisco 49ers for a bonus Super Bowl game?? They of course have to get all players from 1989 on that team.

But then.....how does it work for 1989 season. You'd have the 1988 San Francisco 49ers playing the 1989 San Francisco 49ers, I guess it could still be done. Just as long as no one plays both offense/defense or Kickoff-FG-Punt/KR-Fg block-Punt Return in that manor. Otherwise they'd have to switch swatch a lot.

But now that Daniel has won again.....what about next year final bye fight. Is it Daniel vs. Daniel.

47) ever wonder what happened to bonsai store - REFUTED! The film was 22 years ago from uploaded video. They could have moved.
