Which sequels from popular movie franchises were most underrated and overlooked???

My ideas:

Mission: Impossible 3
Mad Max 3
RoboCop 2
RoboCop 3
Alien 3
Lethal Weapon 3
Die Hard 2
Jurassic Park 3
House 2: The Second Story
House 4
Resident Evil: Apocalypse
Resident Evil: Extinction
Scream 3
Nightmare On Elm Street 4: The Dream Master
Predator 2
Moonraker
Rambo 2
Rambo 3
Blade: Trinity
X-Men: The Last Stand
Mortal Kombat 2

Most of them are my guilty-pleasures!

I would say either "The Exorcist 3" or "Psycho II". NO ONE thought those movies were gonna be good, so they were dismissed before they even came out. However, both films are extremely underrated even if they don't necessarily add anything to the film franchises; they certainly don't detract from it either.
