Redd Foxx was Benny and his character will really be old
now have Eddie still be Quick, have him run the nightclub business , but still call it Sugar Rays! for obvious and sad reasons, Pryor cant do the film, you can bring in Martin and Rock as partners or maybe the competion or both,one down with Eddie the other against Him,bring every one back as possible

the reason why I put Chris Rock's character's as Redd Foxx's is because of the mouth. Chris Rock is probably the closest thing to Redd Foxx's cursing. They could probably age him a little though, huh?

C-Hood.I agree with you. They should bring back all the remaining characters. But I believe Jasmine Guy's character was killed by Quick. In fact I'm sure, thats the reason Quick goes into hiding. Anyway, I would add on Bernie Mac as Benny's son.
