i have found some mess ups on my 'gleaming the cube' movie. when brian is sitting at vihn's grave, he is saying that he is the only one thayt hasnt given up on him. he says that he is a screwup.his voice says screwup but you can clearly see that he calls himself a *beep* up. i dont know if this is just my version of the dvd but it is really bugging me. the other messup is during the final chase brian jumps off a car and you see the bottom of his board. it is pure black!!! yabbo made him a cool board with a cube and dragon thing on the bottom. when he falls over at the end you see the dragon appear like magic on the bottom of his board. weird!! please tell me if anybody else has noticed these. cheers.

It's not a mess up. It was an overdub done on the film. I remember renting the VHS of this after it came out. It had the same issue where you could tell what he was saying, and it wasn't a screw-up he was mouthing. It actually happens several times in the film. My guess would be as to why they changed the dialogue was so they could keep the films PG-13 Rating.

They did the same thing on "Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead," every time Christina Applegate calls her brother a "punk," you can see full-on that her mouth is saying "prick." I always wondered about stuff like that in movies, and for the record, always thought it was stupid, too.

yeah, me too. why change the sound or words, just raise the certificate of the movie a bit.
