Why do the Vietnamese in this movie always want to flee to Bangkok. Bobby Nguyen and The Colonel both want to go to Bangkok...
Bangkok is in Thailand, not Vietnam... Am I missing something?
Could be that the writers who wrote the screenplay mistakenly believed there was no extradition laws between the US & Thailand, when in fact there are. However, Vietnam would've been a better place, as there are no extradition treaties between the two countries.
