I like this better than GB 4
but not as much as GB 1
shareI assume you're referring to Afterlife as GB 4. In that case, yes, I liked II more than IV.
I've always thought II was fairly good, even if it's not as good as the first film. Afterlife is not bad, but I did find it kind of boring and it just didn't come together as a film like I hoped it would.
I just saw Afterlife and yeah. Though I liked it a bit it is inferior to Ghostbusters 1 and 2. Heck, some people say Ghostbusters 2 was the original movie redone. Yet, Ghostbusters Afterlife redoes the same scenes and story elements the original had, just with different characters, and the haters of Ghostbusters 2 love it. Hypocrites!
shareIt's been quite a few years since I saw GB II and my memory of the plot is vague, but I remember enjoying it when I was younger and the painting of Vigo still remains in my memory.
I guess I would need to watch it again to really comment on the film, but like I said I remember enjoying it well enough back in the day and certainly finding it more interesting than Afterlife.
I'm quite different from you cause I watched it and the first one a ton as both a kid and an adult. Same thing can be said for Terminator 2, Jumanji (the original), A simple Twist of Fate, and Father of the Bride with Steve Martin.
