Did Bobby Brown make me think this was better than it was.?

Okay, think about the movie Titanic... remember how the song pushed the movie? (even though it was good)

At the time this movie came out, I felt like I HAD to see this movie because of the Bobby Brown song and I remember feeling great because of that song. Also, I was going to graduate HS at the time and the song coincided with how I felt about life at the time... I actually liked the movie, but with so many bad reviews, maybe I need to look at it again. ..

Titanic being a good movie had nothing to do with the song. Nothing.

This movie regardless of your opinion also has nothing to do with the song. It's a single song and a massive leap in logic.

Chances are if you saw this movie as a kid you like it. Unlike the first movie it was aimed more at kids. If you saw it a bit older and liked it then you just liked it.

It wasn't as good as the original because almost no movie is. It's a perfect mix of talent, comedy, horror, directing, editing... everything. The movie flows nearly perfectly with well written and defined characters and it was a fresh concept. It can't be topped.
