I love this movie and could watch it again and again! I love how intense and realistic it is.

Yeah I think there were ton of great movies made during the 80s. I think its kind of an underrated decade for movies. Nearly as good as the 70s and the 90s imo.

I may have to revisit some of these movies. I agree the 1980s tend to be overlooked movie wise.

to name a few which I haven't seen in years.

Agreed.

It's such a classic. Gus Van Sant's best film. As well as Matt Dillion's.
