If this was supposed to be 'He-Man 2',....
Then would was...

Teela?
Orko?
Man-At-Arms?
and so on....
and what character was Van Damme playing?...."He-Man"?

It was originally written as a Masters of the Universe sequel, but then they pulled the plug on that idea. I'm assuming they changed characters' names and the plot enough that it wouldn't be noticeably connected to Masters of the Universe. I don't know this for sure but it makes sense.

Now if only they would have done that with the first movie......
Damn I hated the MotU movie when I was little, can't say I care much for it now.
I think it might have been someething a few TV listings had it as. Probably to attract viewers.
shareI was such a he-man fan when I was little, I loved the Masters of the Universe move simply becuase it was He-man. I mean, I saw He-man live (by this I mean there was a stage show where He-man apparently was represented as a play featuring action set pieces instead of songs) but I bought a copy on VHS a few months ago and watched it...wow it is bad. Dolph Lundgren deserved better. And the fact that Van-Damme was in a movie that was intended to be a sequel (it would have been a bad sequel, by the way, but probably would have made more money)is a shame.
