Dylan Farrow abuse

Just watched this for the first time in years, and I noticed the little girl at the wedding scene with all the blond curls looked like Dylan Farrow who accused Woody of sexually abusing her when she was 7 years old. Looking at the extended credits on IMDB, I saw it was indeed her, at around 4 years old. How ironic, in some odd way.

To be clear, I love this movie and I believe Woody's side of the story that he never molested her -- reason being, she was examined six ways from Sunday by psychiatrists, including a panel of them at the Yale Sexual Abuse Clinic, who all concluded there was no abuse, and that she was either manipulated or "brainwashed" into believing it. If you'd like more on that, read Chapter 10 of Woody's memoir, Apropos of Nothing.

You'd have to take Apropos of Nothing with a grain of salt. It's compelling, and the writing itself is great (loved the book), but there's a lot in there that I think was probably slanted, skewed, or fully-bent to Woody's personal view (subconsciously, if not with intent).

I, too, believe Allen's story, but I wouldn't use AoN as a primary defence of the man any more than I would use the recent "documentary" or Mia's stories as evidence of his guilt.
