In the part where Screech witnessed Zack and Lisa kissing, I guess he thought that Zack betrayed him and he was right. That's exactly what he did.

I think it was a totally bad idea for Zack and Lisa to kiss and even date each other, but Screech had a one-sided crush. He had no right to talk of betrayal.
