looking for certain episode

the episode as I recall was around summer time . a boy and girl were on the swing set while the granma was mowing the lawn. now i'm sure i'm not the only one to do this when i was little. swinging getting high enough and jumping out of the swing. this little boy did just that as his grandma approached with the lawn mower. there fore severing his leg. if i remember correctly he was air lifted to a hospital. does anyone has this clip. i looked on you tube through most of t he rescue 911 clips , but didn't find it. could some please post a clip of it, please .

the most disturbing episode to me by the way is when the boy is playing with fire crackers and blows off his fingers. to this day i will not watch that. too graphic.
