Was this on Rescue 911?

I've already posed this question in the Unsolved Mysteries board, as I thought it to be an episode from that show, but after reading through each individual episode description and from a response from another user, it apparently isn't. Anyway, I seem to recall an episode where two girls are playing in a man's backyard and they run away after being spotted by him. They go into the city and come upon a bridge that is situated above some train tracks. One of the girls starts to play on the edge of the bridge. Her friend yells at her to stop, but the girl loses her balance and clings to the ledge just as a train is approaching. Her friend tries to help her up, but the girl's dangling legs are struck by the train as it passes underneath.

I know it was around '93 or '94 when I saw this on TV because it was so disturbing and violent a scene that it stuck with me for years. I still haven't forgotten it to this day and I'm driving myself crazy trying to figure out what show it was from. If it wasn't Rescue 911, it was a show with similar presentation, as it had re-enactments of the situations, and narration with interviews woven in here and there. If anyone can help me out with this or at least point me in the right direction, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
