I have a stupid question.
Was Tina that Al always talked about that lady Al met in the first episode?
I have poor posture yes indeed its so poor that if I sat straight my back would bleed

There seems to be that implication to a slight degree; at least to the extent the woman in the open scene of the series and the woman we meet as Tina in "The Leap Back," have the same flashing earing. Al also refers to Tina by name in the first episode, saying he should have stayed in bed with "Tina;" and the only context for any woman he might know, was the one he picked up in the first scene - though the possibility that she was just some woman he was fooling around with behind Tina's back is just as likely; particularly given the woman he met at the play off game that he took home too.
The woman from the pilot and the woman in "The Leap Back," being played by different actors doesn't really say much. The fact though that they at least appeared to be strangers in the opening scene, would lend credence to the idea that this was an entirely different character; since we later learn that Tina works for the project, and that even Sam was supposed to have known her. Also, the woman Al picked up didn't know about the project, speculating about something top secret occurring out there; with Al playing coy.
"Our families are in there! Our, uh, mothers and... and tiny, tiny babies!"
