I just love that theory.
The "blue, three wheeled" car is sort of an "arch enemy".
Mr Beans threatens that car especially bad!
The owner is never revealed.
So maybe this is the car from his girlfriend- The only person who sort of likes him. They must be somehow similar!
That would be wonderfully ironic.
There are times you can somewhat see the person inside and it always looks like a guy to me. But I do like the theory!

shareThis always fascinated me. Why is that car always around and why does he pick on it all the time? I never believed that the same car would be where he is all the time but then again he might live in a smaller town where you would see the same people all the time. I've tried looking in the car as well and it does look like a man to me. I don't know if they've ever mentioned that in interviews at all but I would love to know where they came up with that. The episode where he tries to get out of the parking garage without paying and bumps into it on purpose in order to get out is hilarious. Poor blue car..
shareThe car was in his way in the first episode while he was trying to make it to the math test on time. So I think that set up a life long animosity!
