i think that's what happened.. they were graduating and he couldn't go cuz he was sick or something... i thought he was dying and she's there crying and giving a speech. hadn't they just had a fight or something when that happened? anyway, all i remember is that she was so upset she couldn't finish reading her speech and someone else had to do it for her.. something like that..

Then Becca breaks down in tears because she gets very
emotional while reading, and says in tears "I can't do this!"
The her friend Maxi comes up to the front and continues where
she left off..
That's not the whole speech of course- but it's as
close as I can remember!!
BTW:: Becca graduates in the last episode called
"Life Goes On (And On, And On)", but
the speech she gives about Jessie is
a few episodes before it-- they are not in
the same episode together- but
in different episodes in the 4th season!!
