Exterior Shot of House
Was the exterior shot of the house the same one used as the Brock house of "Picket Fences"?

No, they aren't the same because the shows weren't filmed at the same studio. Life Goes On was filmed at Warner Bros. & Picket Fences was filmed at 20th Century Fox. So it couldn't be possible for the same exterior shot of the house to be used. Hope that helps!
