Paige and Libby?

Hi,
I rented the 1st season, and I'm only on episode 5, but I don't understand the relationship between Paige and the mom. She calls her Libby...but isn't it her biological mother? What happened between them? Thanks!

Nothing happened between Paige & Libby. Paige isn't Libby's biological daughter, she's her stepdaughter. She is Drew's daughter from a previous marriage.

There is one episode in season one where viewers see Paige's real mom. She is an actress.

Libby is Drew's 2nd wife; Paige is from a previous marriage

That is what I was going to explain but a couple of you already answered the question that Paige is not really Libby's biological daughter but step daughter.

for what it is worth - Paige calls her Real mom by her name as well, Katherine.

I would guess that although Katherine is her mother, she calls her by her name because she feels very distant since they have a very rocky relationship.

"It's not tonight? Why are you wearing a tux?"
"Lemmon, it's after six. What am I, a farmer?"
