sorry if this sounds really random but i remember watching some 80's show and the family's house gets struck by lightning and i was wondering if i had the right one

Nope but Corky "Firestarter" Thatcher does burn down his families restaurant and blames it on a Mexican dishwasher.

There was a season 3 episode of Life Goes On in which the house does get struck by lightning. In fact, the episode title is Struck by Lightning. After this happens the entire family is affected by it in some way. From what I can remember, Corky predicts the future, Arnold the semi-wonder dog runs away, Becca gets a major static problem in her hair, Drew becomes attracted to another woman, and Paige enchants the boss' son. thank you so much! i do remember the part about the dog running away too because the front door flies open for no reason
