Does anyone out there remember this show??? I love it, and I miss watching it. It used to be on PAX tv, but they have taken it off the air, so now I no longer get to watch it. I was hoping that someone would know if it's on tv anywhere, and if theres been anytalk about releasing episodes for DVD.....????

I used to loooove it too!! Why DID they take it off t.v.?? I'm not sure if it's on DVD yet but if you check www.ebay.com, you might be able to catch some episodes on vhs!!

I LOVED this show. As far as I know, the only stations it plays on now are The Hallmark Channel in the U.S. and some local station in Vancouver, Canada. I don't get either one, unfortunately.
I doubt it will be released on video or dvd because it was only on for 2 seasons. It had problems in prime time because one network dumped it and it had to shift networks and timeslots in its second season.
As I recall, my favourite episode was the one where Father Dowling caught a gangster in the act. The guy kidnapped him, and confessed his sins to him. Father Dowling escaped, but he couldn't tell the police anything because of the confessional seal.
I loved it when I was little. It wa made the year I was born, so had to watch reruns of reruns of reruns before I understood what was happening. I used to get the hallmark channel (and he facts of life), but that got taken off, so I have no way to watch it either. I think my favourite (porbab;y 'cos it's the only one I can really remember), is the one where Steve's old boyfriends comes back, and he's got someone trying to kill him, and he has to hide out at the church.
