Booker has been released. It is a 4 disc set and available through DeepDiscount.com right now for only $6.88.

That DVD release is also missing some episodes as well as a lot of the original music, including the killer "Hot in the City" theme song at the beginning of each episodes. Check amazon reviews for more details.
