Where is Booker's loft located?

I know his loft was located in the downtown East-side of Vancouver with the address 322 but on which street was it located? Has it been torn down?

Hard to say. No guarantee it was even actually AT an addres that was legitimately 322.
Shows tend to re-design what they use to cover up where it is.

I was walking in Chinatown in Vancouver and I figured out where it is.

It's located at 522 Shanghai Alley in Vancouver, BC. The building is still there and pretty much looks the same as it did 25 years ago.

It can be best seen on the episode "Raising Arrizola".
