Which episode first named the Newcomer's home planet?

I first heard "Tectonese" uttered in the second episode (In the pilot they were called Slags or Newcomers only) and heard the homeworld named Tecton in Contact. Can't be sure if it was mentioned before that, or in the feature film...

The planet is TENCTON. I'm sure it was mentioned in one of the early episodes (if not the first one). There was also an episode called "The Heart Of Tencton" where we actually got to see what the planet looked like. :-)

Life would be easier if I had the source code...
