I want this show on DVD! The entire series could be collected in two box sets!
Volume One could contain the complete first season, and Volume Two could contain every TV movie that followed the series (Dark Horizon, Body and Soul, Udara Legacy, etc).
Why isn't it out yet??

I agree!! I have been searching Google and IMDB as well as Amazon every once in a while for this series to be out on DVD, but no luck so far!
Now to make things worse, SciFi is not broadcasting the series anymore!
What a bummer!
We'll just have to keep trying...

Maybe we can email the network and or the producers? I think it would be so wonderful to have these DVDs. My mouth is watering for them as it has to be my favorite Sci-fi show (Save Lost in space, Doctor Smith is my favorite character period of all time, can't help it) I have all the availible Lost in Space DVDs and have pre-ordered the next one, so of course I would run and buy Alien Nation. I really enjoyed that show. From time to time a cable channel will show one of their TV movies. I dance on Air. If I would have known this I would have taped all the episodes on Sci-Fi channel.
I read where Columbia House was going to do it in 2002, but the deal fell through for some reason. I just want it! I want it I want it!

Columbia House did release them in 7 volumes. They just went out of print are are fetching big money on Ebay. Hopefully this means Fox is gonna release a set soon. Same thing happened with a couple of other CH titles.
If you go to www.tvshowsondvd.com Alien Nation at the moment is ranked as 69th most popular to be released on DVD. It's kind of an online petition, they've already got amazing shows like Miami Vice, Airwolf and MacGyver on DVD (Airwolf and MacGyver are being released in the UK sometime this year). It's pointless calling Fox because they'll just say we cannot release that infomation or that they will never be released (as Universal did with Miami Vice but look at it now, it was released).
