What happened to Dobbs, Burns, and Jill?
Just watched through the series on DVD recently and I noticed something odd. For the first 12 episodes, Sgt. Dobbs, Burns the reporter, and Emily's friend Jill are all credited as main characters in the title sequence. Then from episode 13 on, all three just disappear. I'd been fast forwarding through the title sequence so I hadn't even noticed until a later episode where Burns re-appears credited as a guest star.
Granted none of these characters were used overmuch, but it's still rather strange to just drop three "main characters" mid-season like that.
