Doom (who real identity could be Peter Possum from the pistol packin possum the one in the poster on Maroon Office and an ex-star of maroon cartoons) start a bank robbing spread before Teddy and Eddy Valiant almost catching him, he ends dropping a piano on them hurting Eddy and killing Teddy, then disappear probably expecting things to cold off, years later with the money he robbed buy the elections to be judge of toontown.

He found out about the blueprint for this abandon project for the city to build a "freeway" and for some reason got horny with that idea, so in order to make this project possible he planned this conspiracy first he funds the Cloverleaf company and trough that company bought the railroad, dismantling the railroad to force people to use his freeway that is the first step of his plan the second step is buying Toontown to destroy the city and build his freeway where before was the city, all of this with the money he stole.

Why is he doing this, what benefit he would get from all this effort? I have no idea

Also want to buy Maroons studio ¿for what reason? I have no idea either, it has absolutely no sense to me unless I'm missing something, but there is a problem Acme don't want to sell Toontown he wants to give the property to the toons, Maroon does want to sell Maroons studios, but Cloverleaf would not buy his property unless Acme sell his, (so maybe Doom really dint have any interest to buy Maroons studio but agreed to buy it if Maroon convince Marvel Acme of selling toontown through any mean) Maroon planned to blackmail Acme so trough threats of ending Rogers career he forced Jessica to play "Patty cake" with Acme and hire Eddy to take the pictures pretending he hired Eddy because he is worried about Roger, them instead of using the pictures to force Acme to sell he shows them to Roger ¿for what reason? I don't know

Acme have given his Solemn word to the toons he will give them the town, as a joke he gives his will to Jessica only it is writing in appear and disappear ink, the same ink he dropped in Eddy shirt when they were in the club and told him it was just invisible ink to appease eddy who was about to hit him, when Jessica the will is only a blank page so she left it in her dress room, trying to talk to his wife roger go to the club, she is not there so he wrote her a poem in the blank paper she left, the poem is too powerful and romantic, and he took it with him to give it to her in person so he goes to his house looking for her without knowing it is the will that give toontown to the toons, when he gets to his house to give the love letter to Jessica Roger see outside the weasels waiting for him

During at some point of the night after Acme leaves Jessica in her dressing room and Roger wrote the poem Judge Doom took advantage of the situation and killed Acme in similar manner he killed Teddy but instead of a Piano he dropped a safe over his head, believing there is no will and 24 hours after Acmes death the toontown would be... I don't know, at sell to the public? This way he framed Roger for the murder being the rabbit the logical suspect with a motive, as a judge he could execute Roger without trail being that toons apparently have no rights and closing the case for the murder of Acme

L.t. Santino Eddie ex-boss tell him acme was killed by Roger and took him to the crime scene which looks similar to his brothers' death, there he meets Judge Doom who to flex his power and probably as an intimidation technique decide to execute the cutest animated shoe ever existed in a sadistic and cruel display of psychopathy by slowly dipping him in a chemical vat of turpentine, acetone and benzene (essentially oil, paint thinner and film dissolver) which he calls "The Dip". A substance created by him which is the only method to kill a toon who outside of that are invulnerable,

Eddy learns trough baby Herman about the will and the solemn word Acme give to the toons of leave to them the city of toontown, eddy is not convinced, but later he accidentally noticed the will in acmes pocket in the pictures he took at the club.

Without a place to go and without knowing Teddy was murdered years ago Roger remember Eddy and Teddy Valiant are the detective who always help toons so he goes to Eddies office, but he does not know where eddy lives so ask everybody until the liquor store guy told him, he enters through the mailbox and fall sleep waiting, until eddy find him in his bed scaring the shit of each other.

The weasels without much effort find out roger was hiding at Eddies office and go looking for him, knowing it would be a death sentence to roger if he gets caught and starting to suspect Maroon use him to kill Acme and blame roger, decide to hide roger in Dolores bar while try to get to the bottom of all of this

Later trough Jessica he confirms his suspicion he was set up to take those pictures, and trough Dolores he learns it is cloverleaf and not maroon who has tried to buy toontown, which at this point has no sense to him, why the company who bought the railroad would be interested in buying toontown? Dolores also tells him if the will doesn't appear at midnight, Toontown would be or free or to be sold to the public

At Dolores bar Judge doom almost caught and execute roger for the murder of Acme but with the help of eddy he managed to escape during the runaway Roger love letter fell off from his suit and Eddie took it and keep it in his pocket they also release Benny the cab who was arrested by the weasels for driving in the sidewalk, Benny help eddy and roger to get away from doom and the weasels.

Both hiding in a theater Eddy say to roger his brother was killed by a toon with red eyes and a squeaky voice, also learn through a news report that Cloverleaf has bought Maroons studios, at that moment eddies get it the connection between maroons and cloverleaf but still don't understand why cloverleaf want toontown.

To entice Maroon to talk Eddie pretend to have the will without knowing he actually has it and in fact the will is what he shows and gives to maroon but at that moment the only thing that can be read in the paper is just the love poem from roger, Eddie manages to disarm maroon and pressure him to confess the murder, but Maroon explain he just wanted to blackmail Acme to sell his property to cloverleaf and dint have nothing to do with the murder and dint knew the real plans of doom but when he found out about changes his mind and wanted acme's will to protect the toons, but eh gets kill before reveal doom was the main villain and his plans to destroy toontown

through a window doom shot maroon in the back his pistol is similar to the one in the poster of pistol packed possum and in fact both weapon appear together one over the other when he kills maroon that with the fact that both are robbers and doom have red eyes and squeaky voice like a cartoon possum would have made some fans to believe he is in fact pistol packed possum, probably he was the main star at maroons studios before the duo of baby Herman and roger became the new sensation, taking his popularity, out of resentment he became a real robber and maybe that is the main reason he is so obsessed with killing roger maybe was his idea to involve Jessica to extort acme and also would explain why also involved Maroon in all this plot, but that is just speculation from me

Eddie follows Jessica to toontown thinking she was the one who killed maroon, in toontown Jessica saved his life when Doom tried to kill him, after seeing Dooms gun was the gun that killed maroon Eddie and Jessica leave toontwon in Benny the cab, in the outside toontown doom was waiting for them and threw the dip in the road burning Benny tires losing control and crashing Benny pretend to lost conscious and doom kidnap Jessica and Eddie, roger who was running from toon town them find Benny who tell him where doom took Eddie and Jessica

Eddie and Jessica are taken to Acme factory the same place where doom killed Marvin Acme, Doom has already set up a machine from his own invention capable of shooting dip a high speed and destroy toontown in matter of minutes toontown is directly behind acme factory and the weasels are breaking the wall so they can shoot the dip from the factory directly to the town during a monologue doom explain his plan to destroy the town and kill all too characters and replace the town with a "freeway" a place full of restaurants and cheap hotels with billboards at both sides a transportation way to get fast and safe from Pasadena to California when Eddie says no one would use his lousy freeway when they can use the railroad Doom explain he will dismantle the railroad, so people has no choice during his monologue roger enter in scene to free Eddie and Jessica but is quickly neutralized by the weasels who drop a bunch of bricks over his head making him finally see stars like he should in the short "something is cooking" at the beginning of the movie.

Roger and Jessica are about to get dipped, but Eddie managed to kill the weasels of laughter and then confront judge doom who fall in his own trap trying to kill Eddie gets crushed, revealing he is not human but a toon in disguise but not just any toon but the one who killed eddies brother years ago, they fight and Eddie end up killing him shooting him with dip so Doom get melted by his own invention while screaming like a total bitch.

Eddie got down Jessica and roger, the machine that shot dip got crashed by a cartoon train and left completely destroy it the cartoons from toon town enter to the factory through the whole the machine left in the wall someone mentioned Eddie his shirt has an ink stain and roger says is appearing and disappearing ink created by acme Eddie understand they might have had acmes will during the whole time so check out the paper where roger wrote his poem and see how the letters from the will are reappearing same as the stain in his shirt and give the piece of paper to roger and tell him to read the poem he wrote to Jessica he starts reading and notice is reading Acmes will that give toontown to the toons for posterity

Roger ask Eddie if his not a grouch anymore and Eddie kiss him as a joke, Eddie solved his brother murders, recovered his sense of humor and probably his love for toontown and toons in general

Everybody celebrated
