Question about the Region 1 Double Feature DVD

While watching Waxwork, I noticed that the part just before the guy jumps into the werewolf waxwork, the picture seems a little distorted. It's not highly noticeable, but I was just wondering if anyone else had noticed it on their dvd?

I didn't notice that as much, but several times during the movie, it seemed to sort of stick. Since I hadn't seen this in many, many years -- I didn't know if it was choppy editing, or a bad disc, but it seemed to correspond with chapter changes.
