This was on TV today....Can anyone confirm if that was a young Kal Penn in the scene where the young kids get 'busted' for smoking in the toilets?

No, but it is Ajay Naidu AKA the "I am not gay" guy from Bad Santa and Sameer from Office Space.

Is it acceptable to say they both look very similar? I thought it was Kal Penn also.
