Is it me, or did he not seem too thrilled that Charlie had proposed to Sam for him?

LOL agreed. He seemed more shocked than genuinely happy or excited.
I'm surprised his fiancé was so patient when he got back to the car and she had to remind him that he'd just proposed.
I thought he seemed surprised... Then really happy but also thinking 'that was a big cheeky!'
