Did Marcia name her son Micky after Micky Dolenz of The Monkees? The series established that Marcia is a huge fan of Davy Jones and thus likely the entire Monkees band.

I always thought the name was from her fathers name Mike. Micky and Mike sound a like: of course I could be wrong

Mie's friend asked if Mickey was named after him. To which Mickey responded "Well they didn't him after me."
