I thought the Bradys were supposed to be wholesome. So why did the moron writer and moron director/producers/actors etc. allow foul language into this movie, especially since it's a Christmas movie?
This movie is a disgrace to the name Brady, and Christmas.
Of course it is. For a Brady movie it is extremely bad. For a Christmas movie it is extremely bad.
What was the next "Brady" and/or "Brady Christmas" movie going to feature? Were the Bradys going to join a satanic cult? I bet the liberal crazies who downplay the inappropriateness & vileness of this movie would love that.
But no matter how many liberal crazies downplay the evil within "A Very [un]Brady [degradation of] Christmas (1988)," my OP remains 100% incontrovertible.
For readers of this thread who are good Christians and expecting a wholesome, family-friendly, God-respecting Christmas film from the Bradys, steer clear far away from this dirty piece of trash.

Yiiikes. I am a good Christian. I respect and love God and country. I am as conservative as the day is long. I use "hell", "damn", and even some others that will get blocked by IMDB if I type them out.
Salty language is not the province of liberals or atheists. I suggest you get off your high horse and develop some tolerance. And do the rest of us Christian/conservatives a favor; stop posting as one of us. You most certainly are NOT. Both the left and right have loonies, and you fit this category perfectly.
What I would have liked was for the producers/writers/director/actors etc. not to have defecated all over the names of Brady and Christmas by making this immoral abomination.

Of all the things in the world to complain about, this is what you chose? It's really not a big deal. Don't watch the movie if it bugs you that much.
This movie wasn't meant to be taken seriously anyways.

I understand what you're saying: the Brady Bunch series was strictly G-rated (well, except for Bobby and Cindy wanting to go skinny-dipping). Even adult issues were handled that way. A Very Brady Christmas was decidely PG.
Now, is it a problem when adults talk like adults? Of course not, although it needs to be said that not every adult talks like every other adult. Some have language that's more "salty". That's reality.
The problem with THIS show having even slightly salty language is that it doesn't come across as, "that's how adults talk". It comes across as a blatant attempt to force the issue that the Brady kids are all grown up (and talk like it), and yet, here they all are back at home stuck in some dippy, sickeningly sweet, contrived Brady Bunch story line.
Bottom line: they wanted to keep the sweteness of the old show while making sure we all know the Brady's are "hip to the times". It failed miserably, just like that abominable drama series they had way back when.
If someone saying, one hell of a greeting, is bad, then wow, I think you have to just get out of your perfect world, I mean come on, I agree with that other person who said, it isn't that bad, he's right, it isn't, these aren't the Brady kids anymore, they are grown up adults, lighten up ok? GEEZ!
After I die, then I shall be partying forever in Heaven, whilst I simultaneously look down upon the evildoer advocates for immorality who are on earth and/or in Hell, and laugh heartily at them.
If you want for something that actually will do you good to happen, then you must look to yourself and repent from your own evil.
