Nice old film but...spoiler alert.

I enjoyed the film but most of all the concept of the film. It reminds me how the real World works today!
I still have some questions that makes no sense to me. When the police comes to clear out the homes in he middle of the film, why is it that they don't at first wonder why there's a police helicopter in the daytime. when the police finally comes at night most of them just sit and wait for them and look scared instead of runnin when the police finally comes at night most of them just sit and wait for them and look scared instead of running. When the police finally starts clearing the place no one really moves quickly. The main character doesn't start to run it for way too late. It doesn't make any sense.
When his friend doesn't want to wear sunglasses after been suggested that he try them on. They just beat each other up instead. It seems that this scene is only made to make it look cool because an action movie has violence and fights. This fight scene seems stupid and lame and makes no sense that his black friend is so stubborn he won't try on his sunglasses just to prove a point. It merely seems comic in a weird way. There is many small moments and lines in the movie that doesn't make sense it's like trying to fill out the whole movie with content.
