HELP. Is this the Movie with the 'Peace Sells' Line?

I've been searching everywhere:
Is this the movie with the scene where there interviewing this hair metal guy, asking him questions about equality and he busts out the line "Like that song by Megadeth , PEACE SELLS BAWHA BAH PEACE SELLS BAWGA BAH"!
It is isn't it?

I believe the quote is, "Peace Sells, but who's buyin'" from the Megadeath song of the same name.

Could be wrong, but that's my guess
