This film is so underrated and it is a shame because it is definitely one of my favourite films and it is in my top 5 Oliver Stone's films. It is amazing and I recommend it to anyone. Oliver Stone is one of the best directors ever.

Indeed, Stone is perhaps the last thought-provoking director we'll ever know.
You just won't find movies with such powerful and valid messages to them now because we're too dumbed down thanks to giant corporations who despise this movie for it's a criticism of sensationalized media which of course earns them mega profits.

This is definitely one of the most underrated films ever and one of cinema's best kept secrets. I was blown away the first time I saw it and rented it like six more times within the next two months and when I would tell people about it, no one had even heard of the film, let alone seen it. Fabulous film worthy of multiple viewings. I'd love to see a director's cut.
