Great acting

This film has spectacular acting from top to bottom. I wish Bogosian did more film, but maybe this is why I like him so much. The scene with his ex-wife in the car and the park bench really hits a chord with me. The flashback is awesome too. This is indeed a diamond in the rough.

Michael Wincott was especially good imo

I agree. Bogosian is terrific in the lead, with strong support from Alec Baldwin, Ellen Greene, John C. McGinley, and especially Michael Wincott.
