So are we to assume that Angela dies? I mean they don't continue later on with this story since #4 is not nearly a completed movie. Would have liked to see how they showed what happened after she went to the hospital.

Angela is not dead. She wakes up in the ambulance and kills 2 paramedics on the way to the hospital. This is how Sleepaway Camp 3 ends. Hopefully they'll someday make a Sleepaway Camp 4 and 5 with the same person playing Angela.

I know but think about what would happen after she killed those two. She'd either go to the hospital, get fixed up and have to break out to avoid arrest, or she would just escape from the ambulance and presumably die for lack of medical attention?

I read the complete script for Sleepaway Camp 4, and in the end, Death comes for Angela and kills her.

Really, where did you read that script? is there any how we can find it?

I just typed in "Sleepaway Camp 4: The Survivor" and the script came up.
