Ok, apparantly whats the deal with it... I remembered in part 2, she didn't like the fact that the kids took pictures of her getting changed & in this one, the girl made a rude comment about it...
Is the bra supposed to be INTENT that she does have Breasts? & just didn't know, cause she had a sex changed & thought he/she had everything done. but now when i actually SEE the bra, it looks more like a fake chest strap on

If you saw the first movie in the series, you'll know Angela is really a BOY (male) brought up by his weird aunt, who wanted a girl!!!!

Hence her/his ***ked up mind!

Angela actually got a sex change in the gap between the original and Sleepaway Camp II. So yes, she IS a girl (thankfully).
