Funny that I ran across this post! I have been hunting for this music for years- this and the instrumental music for the "Backdraft" Trailer, as seen on the "Kindergarten Cop" VHS release. The music that was used on the teaser trailer for "She's Having A Baby" is called "Music for a Found Harmonium" by Penguin Cafe Orchestra, on their album 'Preludes, Aires and Yodels' (available on the iTunes Music Store). There's two versions of this instrumental piece available on the iTMS; the other version is played on guitar, and was used in "Napoleon Dynamite" during the ending montage, as Napoleon sees his brother Kip leaving on the bus with LaFawnduh.

BTW, the music used in the "Backdraft" trailer as mentioned above is a heavily edited and looped version of the End Title music from the score for "Glory" by James Horner. Mystery Solved!

The song is MUSIC FOR A FOUND HARMONIUM..by the Penquin Cafe Orchestra..I used the same song in the beginning of a feature film I made..the song is also the second to the last song in NAPOLEON DYNAMITE
