i need help with naming the music on preview

Has anyone ever seen the preview for She's Having a Baby on the Ferris Bueller VHS?
There are no words and it is just a song and I REALLY want to know what it is.
If anyone can help that would be awesome.
Thanks!

I'm 99% positive this is "Music for a Found Harmonium", originally recorded by Penguin Cafe Orchestra. I only know this because I watched "Napoleon Dynamite" on TV the other day, and that song was playing at the end of the movie, and I instantly thought "THAT'S THE SONG FROM THE TRAILER FOR 'SHE'S HAVING A BABY' FROM THE BEGINNING OF FERRIS BUELLER'S DAY OFF ON VHS!" at which time my exasperated husband shook his head and muttered something along the lines of "such a waste of mental space..."

"How is it YOU are headed west?"
"Well, we face to the north, then real subtle-like, turn left."

Kentucky Kelly, you are not crazy, nor is it a waste of your mind space! : )

I just say that b/c I said the exact same thing during the Napoleon credits and my husband said the same thing to me.

All you children of the 80's, was that trailer on the Ferris DVD for She's Having a Baby with just this tune and no words not just ingrained in your mind? I remember wanting to see the movie soooo bad. That's some d@mn powerful advertising. Then the movie (SHAB) was a huge let down.

I remember the wife looking at the pill and having the flashback/memory of some woman saying "have you ever held a baby? do you want to?" and her flushing the pill down the toilet. I had no idea what the heck a birth control pill was, thus no clue how that memory was the least bit relevant.

You know I came to IMDB tonight hoping to download the trailer (now that I have a faster computer). I was a projectionist in the 80s and watched that trailer intensely every time I projected it. There was something about the build up of that tune and the editing to the images that made me almost steal that trailer (don't know what I would have done with it though). I agree, the movie does not move any where near the pace of the trailer and for that reason I have never been interested enough to see it all the way through. Unfortunately, if the trailer was available on this site, it has been removed. Anyone know where I can find it? I gotta see it for old time sake.
